Shocking footage has emerged of children ‘abseiling’ down an abandoned apartment complex in Ballymun, Dublin.
The video was uploaded to YouTube by Dublin Talks 98FM and shows a group of children encouraging each other to ‘abseil’ from the fifth storey of an abandoned building hanging only on a rope.
In the description accompanying the video, it is said that there were no adults or Gardaí in sight of the children and that an ambulance was called for one child who fell at the scene.
