Served in the stylish Gaslight Brasserie, Chef and his team have prepared a special Father’s Day menu for all the family to enjoy.
Start with Irish Smoked Trout with Goatsbridge trout caviar, beetroot, caper berries, pickled red onion, and lemon crème fraiche, before enjoying delicious mains including a juicy Guinness Braised Jacobs Ladder Short Rib of Beef, Smoked parsnip puree, horseradish mash, button mushroom, pearl onion jus. If you still have room, why not indulge in a sweet treat such as a Chocolate Chip Cookie & Mocha Coffee Ice Cream Sandwich.
Conveniently located in Eyre Square, the entire family can enjoy a relaxed Father’s Day in The Hardiman. Why not sample the extensive cocktail selection with a post-lunch drink at the Oyster Bar, followed by a stroll through Eyre Square.
The three-course Father’s Day Lunch set menu starts from 2 Courses at €30pp including tea and coffee or 3 courses from €38, served from 1:00pm to 4:00pm on Sunday 18th June.
