According to a new survey, December 16th is the worst day of the year to celebrate your birthday.
According to the research, carried out by Interflora, having a birthday on December 16th can be a pain when it comes to parties and presents.
The survey was based on the birth dates of 2,000 Britons, with researchers calculating the average number of presents received and people who attended a birthday party.
It was found that those with a birthday on December 16th get fewer presents and party guests due to the approaching festive celebrations and the bad weather.
Indeed, 16% of those surveyed who were born in December said that they were “unhappy” with their date of birth.
The survey also showed that birthdays falling in December and January are the most easily forgotten.
As for the happiest birthday boys and girls, their date of birth falls on July 28.
