There are some people you meet who just make a major impact on your life, and clearly Olivia Walker was such a person for Aidan Jackson; that is why Aidan has pulled off one of the sweetest gestures we have ever seen.

Aidan has made headlines today, after filling a rugby stadium with teddy-bears from all over the world, to honour Olivia’s memory.

Olivia, who passed away two years ago at the age of 15, lived with a number of debilitating conditions including epilepsy, scoliosis, poor vision and Global Developmental Delay. She required round-the-clock care as a result.

Aidan met Olivia through a swimming club, and when her loved ones set up the Olivia Alice Foundation in her name, the 14-year-old decided to do all he could to help.

Olivia adored teddy-bears, and Aidan’s latest gesture saw him gathering the cuddly toys from all around the world and using them to fill Select Stadium in Widnes, England.

In all, 10,500 teddy-bears were seated in the rugby stadium, to honour Olivia. Aidan’s grand gesture is also helping to raise money for the Olivia Alice Foundation, with funds going towards the provision of vital hospital equipment.
