It has been decided by the courts that 15 year-old Meadow Walker, daughter of the late actor, Paul Walker, will live with her mother and a nanny.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner, David J. Cowan, dismissed the guardianship case after hearing about the “adequate plan” that the teenager will live with her mother and a nanny who has helped raise her for the last two years.

Meadow’s mum, Rebecca Soteros is currently sober and receiving help with her alcoholism.

Paul’s mother, Cheryl, dropped her claim to be Meadow’s guardian following the teenager’s request last week.

A close friend of the late actor has been placed in charge of ensuring Meadow is cared for properly. The teenager will live with her mum in a house purchased by Paul before his death last November.

Meadow had been living with her dad for the two years before his death after moving from her home with her mother in Hawaii.
