The pitter-patter of little (and big) feet can be heard in this week’s ‘The Zoo’

After a jam-packed first episode, RTÉ’s The Zoo TV series continues this Sunday with even more animal antics for the whole family to enjoy.

In this week’s episode, there’s huge excitement at the elephant house as the animal care team keep a close eye on Asian elephant Anak, who is expected to give birth imminently.

Over at the Gorilla Rainforest, things are looking good for male western lowland gorilla Bangui, who seems to have been accepted by the female gorilla troop at Dublin Zoo after his recent arrival from La Palmyre Zoo in France.  Not long after, zookeeper James discovers some very exciting news about Kafi, one of the females in the troop.
