With many of us unable or unwilling to splash out on even one designer item in our lifetime, the idea that a 9-month-old boasts a wardrobe worth a whopping £30,000 may come as a shock to the system.

Baby Romany Rose Rowland is the proud owner of a £3,000 Rolex, mini Range Rover and countless designer shoes, handbags and outfits.

Romany's mum, Witney, says she's more than happy to shell out on her daughter's wardrobe and hopes her daughter will one day become a beauty pageant queen.

Having bought her daughter five prams costing over £1,000 each as well as an antique crib and ornate bed, 20-year-old Witney admits her priorities changed when she became a mum, saying: "Having Romany Rose was the making of me. My life has meaning now. After the 20 week scan, when I was told I was having a girl, I started shopping."

While no stranger to a shopping splurge, the new mum commented on her past spending habits, saying: "I'd spend all my money on dresses for myself. I was 19, a typical teenager, and having a baby wasn't on my agenda."

Witney now focuses all her attention on her baby daughter, who won a beauty pageant at just 21 days old, saying: "People might think I've gone too far, but Romany Rose is always smiling. She loves it when I dress her up. When she sees a camera, she smiles."

It seems Witney isn't the only doting adult in Romany's life with her proud grandad happy to splash the cash on the little one, with Witney revealing: "Dad loves her so much he lets me buy her whatever I want. Although he won't let me near his credit card! I have to tell him what I want and how much it is."

Romany's mum has specific hopes for her daughter's future, admitting: "I want her to be a beauty pageant queen, even bigger than Honey Boo Boo. A paper in Australia ran the headline: 'Is Romany Rose the most pampered baby in the world?' I loved every second of her fame."
