Dads can learn how to make the perfect drink to go with their special day, heading on an immersive journey to sample and experiment with world class leaders in cocktail culture.

Some of Ireland's best chefs and restaurants are heading to Taste of Dublin this ear, and Diageo's award-winning collection of luxury spirits will offer visitors the chance to enjoy unique fine drinking experiences.

Dads can re-live the glamorous past of Dublin while experiencing delicious contemporary Irish whiskey cocktails in the specially crafted Roe & Co Tram 21.

From 1872 until 1940, Dublin's tram system was a massively important aspect of our fair city's life, and co-existed alongside the original Roe & Co Distillery on Thomas Street.
