Ann Turner Cook's face is widely known in US households. Her cherubic likeness has long adorned containers of Gerber baby food, making her famous in families' homes everywhere.

In 1928, when Ann was just four-months-old, her family sent a charcoal drawing of her cherubic face to the Gerber baby food company. The now-91-year-old's image was selected as the iconic Gerber baby, becoming the business' trademark in 1931, CBS News reports.

Ann recently met the newest face of Gerber, a baby boy named Lucas Warren. He was selected as the brand's poster child this year after a photo search, and is the first child with Down syndrome to represent Gerber.

Her grandson, Chris Colin, documented this historically adorable meeting of the two spokesbabies via Twitter.

According to USA Today, Lucas' family just happened to be in the area, so they decided to stop by so the tot could meet Ann.

"My grandmother was the Gerber baby. It was a funny bit of trivia, never made her rich or got us free strained peas or anything," Chris tweeted.

"But last week she got to meet the company's newest spokesbaby, named Lucas. Pretty pretttty cute."

We honestly can't handle how sweet this is, and we also love that Chris shared a photo of his grandmother with the original Gerber baby sketch!

People on Twitter were very taken with the snaps, and the original tweet has already garnered over 65K likes!

"This picture is wonderful and I think Lucas is the perfect choice for the new Gerber baby... but what really strikes me is that I totally recognise your grandmother from her baby photo!" one person replied.

"She still has the Gerber baby face!" another Twitter user wrote, "And little Lucas is adorable."

We honestly can't wipe the smiles off our faces - these two are simply darling! The world needs more wholesomeness like this.
