Although traditionally an American ‘holiday’, Black Friday fever has reached our shores in recent years, and we have come to look forward to the amazing bargains on offer in our own favourite retail stores.

The much-loved department store is set to launch its Black Friday deals and offers on the big day itself; November 27. The retailer’s website has tipped major reductions across womenswear, toys, gifts and games – just in time for your Christmas and office party dress shopping.

One glance at the giant countdown clock on Harvey Norman’s website homepage is enough to prove that this is going to be a big event! If you’ve had your eye on some new furniture, bedding or electrical equipment, you may want to sign up for their Black Friday newsletter, which contains details of the special deals and offers.

Home to everything from cosmetics and our favourite fragrances to our essential health products, Boots will be kicking off its Black Friday deals on the big day; November 27. The bargains will be available both online and in-store, making it all too easy to pick up some essentials and Christmas stocking-fillers.

Having this week promised the biggest Black Friday event yet, it will be well worth keeping an eye out for the sales online. A popular favourite in the UK, Irish shoppers can browse and buy online, so keep your eyes peeled for deals on clothing (including kidswear), toys and homeware.
