The young girl was in the car with her mother and her twin brother when the accident happened just outside Patrickswell in Limerick at around 5pm yesterday.

It is being reported that the car swerved to avoid another car that was travelling the opposite direction of the motorway causing the family car to barrel roll before finally landing on its roof.
