Tayto Park has issued an urgent warning to the public over a WhatsApp scam that is doing the rounds across Ireland.
They asked the public to be wary of the message that claims the family park is giving away free passes.
The scam suggests that there is five free Tayto Park family passes up for grabs for 500 families in Ireland.
Hi guys, we would like to advise that there is a link being sent around stating that we are giving away 5 free family passes to 500 families.

The fake message asks: “Have you ever been to Tayto Park?” and also shows how many tickets are available.
Tayto Park tweeted about the hoax: “Hi guys, we would like to advise that there is a link being sent around stating that we are giving away 5 free family passes to 500 families.”
“Unfortunately, this is not correct, the website is not ours and we would advise everyone to IGNORE this link!” they advised.
