I was lucky enough to try the spa on a recent Center Parcs trip, and having experienced it firsthand, I'd genuinely recommend it - especially if want quality time with your partner, away from the everyday chaos.
What you're actually getting
Aqua Sana is the forest spa tucked away at Center Parcs. You don't have to be staying there to book it, but if you are, it's the perfect thing to do on your last day when you're absolutely wrecked from flinging yourself down water slides and pretending to enjoy aerial adventures.
The Valentine's package (called the Elemis Rose Renew Spa Day) includes:

What it's like in real life
We went as a family (me, my husband, and our teenage daughter) and did the Forest Spa Escape package on our last day of a recent trip to Centre Parcs. After three days of high-energy activities, it was exactly what we needed.
The spa has 21 different experiences spread across various rooms: saunas, steam rooms, ice caves, thermal loungers, and outdoor hot tubs surrounded by trees. You wander around in your robe moving from one to another, which sounds aimless but is actually deeply relaxing. No phones allowed, which means you're forced to actually disconnect.
My teenage daughter (normally glued to her phone) spent about half an hour in one of the quiet relaxation rooms without saying a word. I managed a 20-minute nap in another, which tells you everything you need to know about how comfortable they are.
We also got a demo of the Elemis products they use throughout the spa, which smell incredible and made me feel extremely fancy. The rose range they're using for the Valentine's facial is particularly lovely: very hydrating without being heavy.
The whole experience felt like someone had pressed pause on real life for a few hours. After days of scheduled activities and keeping track of children, it was genuinely restorative.
Why this makes sense as a Valentine's gift

If the full spa day feels like too much

Worth it?
If you're already doing Center Parcs, absolutely book a spa session. It's the perfect way to bookend a hectic trip and actually feel like you've had a holiday.
For Valentine's specifically, the Elemis Rose Renew Spa Day is a solid choice if you're both permanently knackered and in need of a proper day off. It's thoughtful without being over-the-top, and you'll both benefit from it.
Just don't expect to stay awake for all eight hours. Those relaxation rooms are dangerously comfortable.
