The video, which has gone viral, shows the birthday boy being presented with a very special gift – one that has “been hiding in plain sight”, according to his wife.
“I got you something that I wanted us to be able to share together,” she is heard saying, as she hands him a box that appears to contain an Apple Watch.
When the man opens it up however, he is completely shocked by what the box contains – a positive pregnancy test!
