Big Reunion star and former Atomic Kitten singer, Natasha Hamilton has opened up about her prenatal depression and said that she has found her fourth pregnancy to be the most difficult.

"I've felt it this time, for four weeks I've had panic attacks and I've never had one in my life – just surges of hormones and not quite knowing what to do. It's been frightening and it’s made me realise you never really know what to expect, even though I'm in a happy place. It could happen to anyone."

Natasha is five months pregnant with a baby girl with her partner, Richie Neville, and seems to be having a difficult time.

“I've had lots of sickness, severe tiredness and raging hormones. I thought 'Oh, number four will be doodle', but no, it's been the hardest."

The singer said she’s “finally turned a corner” with her pregnancy but said she is still suffering from panic attacks.

"It's really bad timing. You just have to try and focus and calm yourself down, try and get over it and learn so that next time you're more prepared.”

Natasha is already mum to Josh (10), Harry (8) and Alfie (3).
