If you and your family live in Dublin, or you are planning on making a trip to the capital this summer, there are lots of fun activities happening across the city. In Dublin’s parks, squares and streets there will be lots of lively activities and events, and most of them are free of charge, making Dublin the place to be for families this summer.

You can embark on the popular Joycean Bloomsday trail through the city or enjoy the extraordinary street performers at the World Championships. There will be dance, theatre and circus workshops at the Urban Living on Wolfe Tone Square and samba around Grafton Street in tribute to Dublin rock icon Phil Lynott.

Through out the summer there will be free family fun taking place at the Jervis Shopping Centre every Saturday from July 2nd right through to August 13th and Sunday 21st August. Activities include face painting, roving clowns, circus skills workshops, arts and crafts, puppet shows, karaoke and juggling workshops.

This July is Culture Month at Clerys department store where you can enjoy a showcase celebrating different countries, languages and cultures.
