According to French media, a 12-year-old girl has died after she fell from a lighthouse while filming for a TV show.
The youngster was taking part in an aerial show at one of the country’s most famous landmarks, the Cap Ferret lighthouse in Bordeaux, France, when tragedy struck.
The performance was being filmed by France 2 Network with major French personality Stéphane Bern hosting the show.
Initial reports have said that 12-year-old’s father was the owner of the acrobatics company. Police have confiscated footage and are investigating the tragic incident.
