Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter has shared the most devastating news. In an emotional post on Twitter, the singer revealed his wife Lauren suffered a miscarriage.

 

It is understood Lauren was expecting a baby girl.

 

He tweeted: “God give us peace during this time. I really was looking forward to meeting her after 3 months.”

 

The dad added: “I'm heartbroken."

 

 

The I Want It That Way singer said they were expecting a daughter: “It was a little sister for Odin.”

 

Fans quickly showered the dad with support following the harrowing news: “I’m sorry for your loss. Sending prayers and positive vibes your way.”

Nick and Lauren are parents to two-year-old Odin. They welcomed their son on April 19, 2016, after a 30-hour labour.
