TV presenter, Sherri Sheperd, has been caught up in legal issues involving her husband, Lamar Sally, and a baby they are expecting via surrogate.
Lamar filed for divorce from his wife back in May and is now said to be drafting legal documents that will ensure his wife is involved in their baby’s life. Lamar has also filed for full custody of the unborn child.
The child was conceived through an egg donor and Lamar’s sperm.
It has been reported that the 30 Rock actress does not wish to proceed with the surrogacy, but Lamar is planning to tie her to legal documents signed before their separation.
