Actress and Scandal star, Kerry Washington has opened up for the first time about the birth of her daughter, Isabelle Amarachi.
The actress chose to keep the birth of her first child private and only revealed that she had given birth to Isabelle, two weeks after her daughter was born.
Kerry took to Twitter to inform fans that she was grateful for their support but still wishes to keep a level of privacy surrounding her life.
"Well...I still wont talk about my personal life on here. But...I see your tweets. And I am filled with gratitude! XO #HappyMothersDay."
Kerry gave birth to Isabelle with her husband, Nnamdi Asomugha on April 21st.
