Fans of the much-loved boulangerie will be delighted to hear that it is hosting a weekend of baking classes in honour of the very special occasion.

 

You and the main woman in your life will get to learn baking skills from the very best, with seasoned pastry chefs delivering tutorials on everything from making the perfect dough to nailing techniques such as kneading and shaping.

 

 

Throughout this baking extravaganza - running across Saturday, March 5 and Sunday, March 6 – attendees will be served up refreshments and delicious treats including tartine canapés – very fancy indeed!

 

The aim of Le Pain Quotidien’s bespoke classes is to arm you and your mum with the expert skills and secrets of the trade, while creating some fantastically fun memories of a special Mother’s Day spent together.

Classes cost €50 per person, and as well as getting to take your delicious baked goods home with you, you will also be treated to a jar of Le Pain Quotidien jam or gourmet spread.

Bakers will be making Hot Cross Buns and Speculoos Cookies

 

Sunday, March 6 – 15:00 – 17:00

Bakers will be making Raw Vegan Chocolate Cake and Five-Seeded Bread
