Rebecca Adlington shocked fans with news she was splitting from her husband of just over a year, Harry Needs, just nine months after the birth of their first child, Summer.
At the time, the professional swimmer and her former partner released a joint statement confirming their split, saying: “It’s after much thought and sadness that we confirm our separation. It is on amicable terms and we still remain close friends. We move forward with respect for one another, and our focus and commitment is on parenting our gorgeous daughter Summer.”
But it seems her love life is once again up for scrutiny; in the past few weeks, rumours have been swirling that the 27-year-old is in a relationship with Mark Foster, 47, after she was spotted touching his leg while they were covering the Rio Olympics.
And just recently, the swimmer shared a very cosy looking snap of them arm in arm at the GQ Awards...
However, the mum-of-one was quick to squash any rumours after fans starting commenting on the ‘beautiful couple’.
Under the countless comments congratulating the pair on their relationship, Rebecca wrote: "Thank you for your comments. Me and mark are good friends. That is all. Trust me x"
Rebecca looked stunning at the awards and we have to say... if they ever do become an item they will certainly make a beautiful couple!
