Dearbhla Toal AKA Belle Azzure is an exceptional busy mum - she's the founder of Baby & Beyond and is a pre/postnatal personal trainer, influencers and digital marketer.
She is holding an event, Baby and Beyond, on 10th September 2023, from 10am to 4pm in The Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links, Dublin. The event is a postpartum wellbeing event for mums and mums to be.
The event will be a day of empowering conversations and classes to help attendees through the postpartum period.
The day will include speakers, movement classes and coaching. An educational and supportive day for expectant and new mums.

Belle Azzure took to Instagram today to recommend bringing support for baby if you need to manage feeds so you can fully immerse yourself in talks and classes that are designed for your own wellbeing and mental health.
There will be an on-site feeding room where you can pop out to your support and feed in between the talks and classes.
