The day we’ve all been waiting for is finally here! Everybody’s favourite one-stop shop for healthcare, skincare, beauty products and childcare has launched Boots.ie, meaning all us mums will now be able to buy everything from nappy rash cream to lipstick and everything in between from the comfort of our very own living rooms.

Research commissioned by Boots Ireland has shown that almost two thirds of Irish women (61%) who shop online are mothers, with women citing online deals (72%), access to products not available in local stores (63%) and ability to see reviews from other shoppers (53%) as the main reasons why.

The research comes as Boots launched its new dedicated Irish website, Boots.ie. The site will sell 26,000 products including an extended range of mother and baby products not available in smaller Irish stores, which can be ordered in-store, online or by phone and delivered to your home, workplace or nearest Boots Ireland store. Mothers will be able to access advice and information, as well as customer product reviews, and spend and earn Boots Advantage Card points online.

Boots Ireland’s research also revealed that almost a third (28%) of women shop online at work, with one in five (21%) women going so far as to say that they prefer to shop online than in-store.

Let’s face it when you’re a busy mum, you need all the help you can get and this new online Boots store means shopping for toiletries, beauty products and baby products has never been easier.
