Convicted murderer Catherine Nevin has passed away at the age of 67.
She was serving a life sentence after organising the murder of her husband in 1996.

Her late-husband Tom was shot dead at their pub Jack White's Inn, near Brittas Bay, Co Wicklow.
10 years on from her husband's murder, Catherine was diagnosed with a brain tumour.

She had been receiving treatment at the Mater Hospital.
It is understood that she passed away at a care facility in Dublin.
