A 60-year-old woman, who is requesting permission to use her late daughter's eggs to give birth to her own grandchild, has been granted approval to continue her legal battle by two Court of Appeal judges in Britain this week..

The woman, whose daughter died of cancer, was seeking to appeal a ruling rendered last June by Mr. Justice Ousely to dismiss the controversial case.

However, according to emerging media reports, the grieving mother and her 59-year-old husband have been successful in their bid to challenge this decision at the Court of Appeal in the UK capital.

It has been established that Lord Justice Treacy and Lord Justice Floyd today ruled that the couple should have permission to continue their legal battle.
