Marking family milestones are important.
No matter how big or small they are, making a fuss of the achievements helps parents everywhere to get through the early stages.
One set of Cork parents did just this, but put their own unique spin on it.
On a feedback sheet for a burger restaurant, the family titled the note - Date Night No.6.
It read: "Our now 21-month-old baby boy from date night no. 1 is officially a full member of the Son of a Bun family after ordering from the Kiddies Menu today! My boy becomes a man!"
It's the little things that count and the note is so very sweet.
The restaurant wrote in the caption on Instagram:" We love the Date night updates from this gorgeous couple......There’s no leaving him at home now you know that....we just can’t believe it’s nearly two years ago since you’re little baby was born!"
We have to agree, date night will always be for three from now on.
