We have reported on some pretty impressive pregnancy reveals in recent times, but this has to be one of the most creative we have ever seen.
Simon Schaffrath and Saskia Repp, from Germany, are due to become parents to son Theodor next month, and they didn’t hold back when it came to sharing the lovely news with the world.
Given how Simon is a graphic designer and photographer, friends and family should not have been too surprised with the creative fruits of their labour.
After creating hilled and beach landscapes using Saskia’s blooming bump, Simon then created incredible scenes including a golf course, an island and a snowy mountain. Little Theo's name is emblazoned across each picture.
Explaining the inspiration behind the amazing photo series to Mashable, Simon said: “We wanted to create some new and really creative pregnancy pictures – something our family and friends haven’t seen yet.”
“These pictures show how much we enjoy this time and how happy we are, and that’s something the whole world should know. My girlfriend loves them and she is really happy we have something that will always help us remember this special time,” he added.
