Parents of a twelve-year-old girl were left horrified when their daughter came home from a supervised sleepover with a permanent tattoo on her arm.
The little girl was staying in her friend’s house with some other friends, and the sleepover was being supervised by Randall Charlton and Melissa Becker at their trailer park home.
Apparently Becker was getting a tattoo from her partner Charlton when the twelve-year-old approached them looking for a tattoo of her own. She assured them her parents would be ok with it, and instead of questioning her, they tattooed a smiley face and the word ‘bitch’ on her forearm.
Parents of the 12-year-old are pressing charges against the couple. Charlton is being charged with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a minor, while Becker is being charged with endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of minors, simple assault, and tattooing and piercing a minor.
