The little boy who became an online sensation after making a powerful argument to his mum that he should be allowed cupcakes for dinner, has made his TV debut.
Ellen DeGeneres was so smitten by three-year-old Mateo Beltran that she invited him and mum Linda on her show, and gave him the cupcakes he argued so persuasively for.
On the clip, Mateo can be heard saying “‘Linda, just listen, just listen,’ while trying to convince his mum to let him have the tasty treat for dinner.
“I had to meet you because I thought it was the most adorable thing ever. But it was not adorable, don’t argue with your mother,” Ellen told Mateo.
