Dealing with food allergies can be challenging for us at the best of times, but we always feel sorry for the poor little ones who don’t quite understand why they can’t eat what everyone else is eating.

When Adam Perry’s daughter was diagnosed with severe food allergies, and they were advised to give her a simple breakfast of white bread and sunflower oil spread each day, he knew he needed to step up.

Adam decided to put his creative skills to good use by making the most amazing sculptures from his nine-year-old’s simple toast-and-butter breakfast.

These incredible creations range from dinosaurs and sea creatures to furniture, a golf course and even Brazil’s famous Christ the Redeemer statue!

Clearly proud of his own work, Adam decided to start photographing his works of art and sharing them online, via the ‘2 Slices of Toast’ Instagram account.

Unsurprisingly, Adam’s account has become an online sensation, and he gave US news site ABC7 an insight into his creative process.

“Often, when I pop the toast down in the toaster, I still don’t have any idea what I’m going to create; but by the time the toast pops up, I’ve usually got something in mind. But, more often than not, it’s my wife and kids that help with the ideas,” he admitted.

What a wonderful dad!
