This story will no doubt be retold over the Christmas table time and time again!
When Karyn Faster’s due date past she knew there was a possibility that her son would be born on Christmas day. However, while this is not an unusual thing in itself, this was Karyn’s SECOND time to give birth on Christmas day, welcoming her first child two years previous.
But that’s not all.
Not only was Nicholas Faster born on the same day as his brother, Anthony, it was in the same hospital, in the same delivery room and with the help of the SAME medical team!
“Everyone on the staff was astounded,” Karyn told The New York Post.
“It’s a true Christmas miracle, that’s for sure,” said dad Victor.
The 33-year-old went into labour just after midnight on Christmas Eve, and the only difference between her first delivery and her second was that Nicholas weight 10lbs and 3oz at birth and Anthony was one and a half pounds lighter.
Naming their son after "jolly old St. Nick", Victor added that everyone's been asking "what’s going to happen in 2017?”
“We’ll just have to wait and see what Santa brings,” he cheekily told the publication.
