Former Emmerdale actress Verity Rushworth has just announced she and husband Dominic Shaw have welcomed their first child.
The actress took to social media to share the news saying:
“She’s here! Our little bundle of sunshine arrived at 02.20 yesterday morning weighing 7lbs 11.5oz.

The 30-year-old was bowled over with messages of congratulations and in thanking her fans she also revealed her little girl’s name.

Maybe she took inspiration Eddie Redmayne's daughter Iris May or Gogglebox star George Gilbey who welcomed his first child this year calling her, what are the chances, Amelie Iris.
Verity first announced the news of her pregnancy back in March when she revealed how excited she and her husband were.
