It's safe to say any day out with your in-laws on your own can be daunting.

Yesterday, Meghan attended royal engagements sans Harry, but with none other than the Queen.

However, the newlywed looked like a pro and seemed to be very relaxed in the company of the Monarch.

The Queen stunned in a Stuart Parvin lime green ensemble, teamed with a matching Rachel Trevor Morgan Hat.

Meghan opted for an outfit created by her wedding dress designer, Givenchy.

Clare Waight Kelle was the brain behind the dress she wore on the day.

The pair had arrived yesterday in Cheshire to undertake a number of engagements.

The day included opening the Mersey Gateway Bridge and dining in Chester Town Hall, for lunch.

According to sources, Meghan has been bestowed an honour.

She was invited to travel to London after the festivities on the Queen's private train.

Supposedly, this is an experience very few get to enjoy with the Monarch.

It is reported that Duke of Sussex and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have never had the privileged to travel with her on the train.

Senior royals, such as Prince Philip and Prince Charles are usually the passengers accompanying the Monarch on the train, according to Royal Central.

Even Meghan's new husband or brother-in-law, William haven't been aboard the train with their grandmother, alleged the Metro

Yesterday, marked the third official event for 36-year-old since she tied the knot with Prince Harry in May.

A week after they exchanged vows, the Duchess was at Prince Charles 70th birthday celebrations.

She recently enjoyed the Trooping the Colour parade, which was attended by the whole royal clan.
