We have heard some incredible stories of kind-hearted strangers coming to the rescue of families and children, and this latest report is nothing short of amazing.

A US mum has appealed for the hero who saved her 10-month-old son from a seizure to come forward.

Jesika Palmer was in the car with her son Gunner last week, when he suddenly began having a seizure.

Jesika was at a stoplight and saw Gunner’s reaction in her rear-view mirror, and immediately began screaming for help.

Thankfully, a man at a petrol station across the street heard her cries and came to her aid. After calming Jesika down, the stranger got into her car with her and drove Gunner to a nearby urgent care centre. He also contacted Jesika’s family to let them know what had happened.

However, by the time the family had arrived on the scene, the kind stranger had vanished, meaning that Jesika never got the chance to thank him for his amazing gesture.

The cause of Gunner’s seizure was found to be a fever, a complication from pneumonia, and now that he is out of hospital, Jesika wants to seek out the heroic stranger.

“This man saved my son. There are no words that can truly describe how thankful I am. I could never repay the kindness that he showed me,” she told local media.

Let’s hope he makes an appearance soon! We’ll keep you updated.
