Mum-of-three, Taryn Brumfitt, has inspired women all over the world with her Body image Movement.
Taryn wants to teach women everywhere how to be happy with their bodies - no matter what.
The mum got the idea when she was unhappy and distressed about her body following the birth of her children.
Believing it would make her feel better, she entered herself into a body building competition and got the body she had been dreaming of. But, for Taryn it didn’t change how she felt about herself.
She looked at her daughter and thought how she would never want her little girl to stress about how her body looks or be unhappy in herself.
Taryn asked 100 women how they feel about their bodies, and the results were exactly what you would expect: “frumpy”, “imperfect” and “wobbly” were just a few of the answers she received.
Taryn wants to change this and plans to make a documentary about the movement.
