When mum-of-three Caroline Pugh saw herself through her daughter Daisy's eyes, she realised swift action was needed.

The 33-year-old mother from Wolverhampton recalled the moment her child presented her with a drawing which depicted her as a 'fat blob', saying: "It was so embarrassing when I saw the picture that Daisy had drawn. I didn't realise my children saw me looking as huge."

Caroline, who weighed in at 19 stone, felt compelled to change her poor eating habits, admitting: "When I saw that picture I knew I really had to do something about losing weight. This drawing really brought it home to me. I didn’t want my children drawing pictures of their fat mummy anymore."

Spurred on by the drawing and dropping an incredible five dress sizes, Caroline, who now weighs 12 stone, admits that she feels like a different person, saying: "Everything hss totally changed since I lost all this weight. I feel so much healthier and I've got so much more energy to run around and look after the kids now."

Commenting on the first drawing her daughter presented her with following the amazing transformation, Caroline, who is mum to six-year-old Daisy, four-year-old Tizzy and two-year-old Teddy, said: "My children draw pictures of me now looking lovely and slim. I felt very proud of what I had achieved."

Having swapped takeaways and crisps for healthier options, an overjoyed Caroline says: "I'm no longer a fat mummy, I'm a yummy mummy!"

Well done to Caroline on all her hard work!
