She had the time of her life participating on Strictly Come Dancing, but it seems Kellie Bright credits the reality show with more than just a good time.
Kellie, best known for playing Linda Carter in Eastenders, has opened up about her second pregnancy and the struggle to conceive, in an interview with OK! magazine.
Linda, who has been married to husband Paul Stocker for two years, showed off her burgeoning baby bump as she explained how different her two pregnancies have been.
While Kellie fell pregnant with four-year-old son Freddy ‘almost instantly’, it was a ‘different story’ with baby number two.
“We were trying for more than a year, and I was very aware that I wasn’t getting any younger. We feel very lucky that we’re having another baby,” she admitted.
Kellie added: “I think Strictly helped as it took the focus off trying and the fact that I was nearing 40.”
The soap star announced her pregnancy back in May, via social media, tweeting: “Don’t tell anyone, but I’m pregnant! My hubby and I are over the moon and looking forward to meeting our little person in November #MamaAt40.”
We’re sure there are plenty of new and expectant mums who can relate to Kellie’s experience.
