Lee-Ann Elison became the centre of controversy after she shared photos of herself weightlifting two weeks before her due date.
Many were arguing what the bodybuilder was doing could cause harm to herself and her unborn child.
However, Lee-Ann has since given birth to a baby boy who she has called Tyler.
The weightlifter has now posted new snaps of her working out in the gym with her son, which has caused a mixed reaction.
Veronica who commented on the snaps said: “While what she did may not have harmed her unborn child, it was completely unnecessary, with unpredictable results.
However, another user agreed with Lee-Ann’s theory of working out while pregnant saying “that more mothers should work out during their pregnancy.”
Lee-Ann went onto to respond to the mixed responses to her workout shots saying: “What seems dangerous and impossible for some is a walk in the park for others…I hope to inspire other ladies to be healthy and fit while pregnant and after…”
