It has been a busy week for celebrity baby announcements, and this weekend has brought more exciting news.
RTÉ presenter Evanne Ní Chuilinn revealed on last night’s Late Late Show that she is expecting her second child.
The sports presenter, who is already a mum to three-year-old son Séimí, told host Ryan Tubridy and the audience: “Séimí’s getting a brother or sister.”
Evanne, who is married to Brian Fitzsimons, went on to speak about her pregnancy so far, admitting that she has been suffering with morning sickness.
Evanne previously spoke about her joy at being a mother, saying that being able to sort the work/ life balance made a big difference when Séimí was younger.
Opening up in an interview with RTÉ’s RnaG, she said: “I can’t deny that it’s difficult to balance it all with work and Séimí. It’s hard to be organised, and to manage my time…I’m doing a lot of morning and weekend work, which means I get to put Séimí to bed and I love that.”
We’re sending big congratulations to Evanne and her family on her wonderful news.
