Apple and blueberry bircher
This delicious breakfast is really healthy as it's low in fat and high in fibre. One serving has 305 calories.

200g porridge oats

½ tsp ground cinnamon

500ml apple juice

4 apples, grated

200g blueberries

Combine the porridge oats with the cinnamon in a large bowl.

Mix in the apple juice and grated apples, then gradually fold in the blueberries.

Leave to one side to stand for 5 mins before serving. It can also be left overnight to stand to serve the next day.
