60ml water
For the Cobbler Topping:
200g all-purpose flour
50g granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
100g unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
120ml milk
For Serving:
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional)
