Blueberry jam on toast

Jam is a classic toast topping but there is just something about homemade jam that you can’t beat. Why not serve it over cream cheese for a perfect breakfast.
300g blueberries
500g caster sugar
45ml lemon juice
2 slices of bread
Place the blueberries in a food processor and pulse on high until blended.
Heat the sugar in a saucepan over a medium temperature and add the blueberries.
Stir in the lemon juice and bring to the boil. Keep stirring it until it has a thick consistency.
Remove from heat and place into sterilised jam jars.
Toast your bread in a toaster and generously spread the jam over it.
