Bulgogi beef
Bulgogi is a traditional Korean beef dish. It is full of different flavours and can be served with rice or with a simple salad. 

½ clove of garlic, finely chopped

½ onion, finely chopped

60ml of soy sauce

1 tbsp of brown sugar

1 tsp ginger

300g beef steak, thinly sliced

1 tsp olive oil

Handful sesame seeds, to garnish

1 spring onion, sliced, to serve

In a small bowl, combine the garlic, onion, soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger together.

Add the beef strips and leave to marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Heat the oil in a pan on a medium to high temperature. Add the beef and cook for about 3 minutes or to your desired taste.

Once cooked, put the beef onto a clean plate and garnish with the sesame seeds and spring onion.
