Cheese omelette with herbs fines

Cheese omelette with herbs fines

8 large eggs (2 eggs per person)

1 pack of Dubliner grated cheese

2 tbps chopped herbs such as parsley and tarragon

Vegetable oil

Gently heat and lightly oil an omelette pan or a non-stick frying pan.

Beat two eggs per omelette, season with salt and pepper and pour into the pan, sprinkle a handful of grated Dubliner Cheese and some herbs on top.

After about 3 minutes, once the egg begins to look set and cheese has melted slide onto your plate.

Serve with a side salad and some crusty bread.
