Chocolate cake in a mug

Individual chocolate cake, mixed in a mug and cooked in the microwave.
4 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 tbsp caster sugar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of baking powder
5 tbsp milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp hazelnut chocolate spread
Icing sugar and berries to serve (optional)
In a large mug, mix together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Then add vegetable oil and milk, continue mixing until all the lumps are gone.
Add spoon of hazelnut chocolate spread on top.
Cook on high in the microwave for 70 seconds. (950 watt)
Carefully remove from the microwave.
Ready to serve, sprinkle with some icing sugar and berries if you like.
