Chocolate Peppermint Bark

Delicious no-bake treat which is doubles as a lovely edible Christmas gift.
170g dark chocolate, melted
170g white chocolate, melted
125g candy canes
Line the base and sides of a 20cm square cake tin with greaseproof paper.
Crush candy canes in a sandwich bag with a rolling pin.
Pour melted dark chocolate over over the base and spread into the corners using a spoon.
Leave to set in the fridge for ½ hour.
Pour the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer, spreading into the corners with a spoon.
Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top, then leave to set in the fridge for a further ½ hour.
Cut the chocolate slab into pieces on a chopping board.
