Lovely chocolate dessert perfect for a dinner party or a romantic meal with your hubby
100 grams of chocolate (70% cocoa)
125 grams of caster sugar
80 grams of butter diced
2 eggs
2 tbs of plain flour
Pre heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius
Grease 3 soufflé dishes with a small bit of butter
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water
Beat the sugar and eggs together using a fork or whisk
Add the melted chocolate and butter to the egg and sugar mixture
Fold in the flour
Fill the soufflé dishes to just below the top
Cook for 15 minutes until the inside is like mousse
Sprinkle some icing sugar on top for decoration
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream and strawberries
