Christmas cookie dough truffles

These Christmas truffles are a perfect edible gift for Christmas
110g butter
120g soft light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
240g plain flour
397g tin sweetened condensed milk
100g chocolate chips
200g dark chocolate
Line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
Beat together the butter and light brown sugar.
Add vanilla extract and stir through.
Sift in the plain flour and sweetened condensed milk and combine.
Add the chocolate chips and stir through.
Roll the mix into 1 inch sized balls and fridge for 2 hours until firm.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave.
Roll the cookie dough balls in the melted chocolate using a spoon to coat.
Place the balls down on the baking paper.
Top with Christmas sprinkles.
Place the balls into the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
