The ultimate ham recipe for the most delicious Christmas dinner
Cook the easy carve ham joint according to the on pack instructions & remove 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Using a sharp knife, remove the string & rind, then cut the fat into a diamond shaped pattern & brush liberally with 4 tbsp of thin-cut orange marmalade mixed with the juice of a clementine & a squeeze of honey.
Return to the oven to finish cooking & then allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving into slices. Decorate with charred clementine halves & bay leaves to serve.
